European eXtreme Data and Computing Initiative

University of Ljubljana participates in EXDCI as PRACE member. UL activities are focused in support the growth in the supply and demand of HPC-skilled people to fill the jobs required to meet the objectives of the three roadmaps. Shortage of expertise is one of the main risks to European competitiveness.  Therefore, this need to put a sustainable framework in place that will result in fragmentation between technology, applications training efforts.
